Business plans are available up to 300 users; above that the Enterprise (E3/E5) line applies. The typical SME decision: Business Standard for most, Business Premium for those handling customer data who want central device management. Microsoft revises prices regularly, so we quote the exact list price in the proposal.

Google Workspace is a good choice when the team lives in the browser, Gmail–Drive–Meet is enough and there is no dependence on Windows-specific applications. Mixed environments (Google Workspace plus a few Microsoft licences for accounting) are common and work well.

Microsoft 365 subscription prices 2026: Business, Personal or Family? Is there a perpetual licence?
For a company, Business is the right choice: under Microsoft’s terms Personal and Family are for home, non-commercial use and give no company email address, user management or admin. A perpetual (one-time) licence exists — Office 2024 — but it gets no upgrades to newer versions and includes no cloud services.

Why buy through a reseller?
What is Microsoft CSP?
The Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme is Microsoft’s partner channel: the reseller contracts with the customer, manages the subscriptions and invoices, and Microsoft delivers the service through the partner. For you this means licences can be bought and returned per user, monthly or annually, the invoice is local and the first line of support is the partner. Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure and Copilot are all available through CSP.
Can we transfer our existing subscription?
Yes. A subscription bought directly from Microsoft (MOSP) or through another partner can be moved to CSP or to a different partner while keeping the tenant — users, mailboxes, files and settings stay, only the billing changes. We time the switch before renewal to avoid double payment. For Google Workspace the reseller transfer works similarly with Google’s transfer token mechanism.
How do you cancel?
Monthly subscriptions at the next monthly rollover, annual subscriptions at expiry; under Microsoft CSP rules a new subscription can be cancelled with a prorated refund within the first 7 days, after that it runs to the end of the term. Google Workspace flexible (monthly) plans any time, annual plans at expiry. We state this in every proposal — no small print.

Is there a perpetual Office licence without a subscription?
Yes: Office Home 2024 (HUF 53,999, one-time) and Office Home & Business 2024 are one-time, perpetual licences for one computer. They get no version upgrades and include no cloud storage, Teams or company email. For a company with several users working together, Microsoft 365 Business is usually the better deal.
How much does a Microsoft Office licence cost?
For businesses, Office comes in the Microsoft 365 Business plans: Business Standard (desktop Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) lists at €12.13 + VAT, approx. HUF 4 450 per user per month on an annual plan; browser-only Business Basic is €6.07 (approx. HUF 2 230). Details in the table above.
Where can a company buy Office 365?
Directly from Microsoft by card, or from an official reseller (CSP partner) such as us. Through a reseller you get a HUF or EUR invoice, one contact for setup and support, and your existing subscription can be transferred.
Should we buy a perpetual licence or a subscription?
For a company, a subscription. A perpetual (one-off) Office licence includes no business email, Teams, cloud storage, device management or security features and does not update. The monthly fee of Microsoft 365 Business Standard covers all of these.
Is a reseller more expensive than buying direct?
No. The CSP list price equals Microsoft’s direct price and is often below it, and in certain cases up to 15% off the list price is available; the vendor pays the partner. The difference is in invoicing, support and advice.
How long does switching from another provider take?
Moving an existing Microsoft 365 tenant to CSP: 1–2 working days, no downtime. A full email migration from another system (legacy Exchange, cPanel, Google → Microsoft or vice versa): 1–3 weeks depending on the number of mailboxes, with a weekend cut-over.
Do you help with onboarding and security settings?
Yes: domain, DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), multi-factor authentication, conditional access, sharing policies, backup — we offer a baseline configuration package alongside the licences.
Can you supply Copilot?
Yes, Microsoft 365 Copilot is available in CSP as an add-on licence per user alongside the Business plans. It is worth tidying up data sharing settings first — we help with that too.
Do you also license Dynamics 365?
