We are a team of senior experts: the person you negotiate the proposal with leads the implementation and answers the phone on your support ticket. We work from Budapest in English, German and Hungarian — for Hungarian SMEs and mid-sized companies, and as a nearshore partner for clients abroad, primarily in the DACH region.
Who are we?
MDRSZ IT is the IT division of MDRSZ Consulting Kft. (headquartered in Budapest, since 2022). We are a team of senior experts covering Dynamics 365 functional consulting, Power Platform development, test automation and licensing / account management; on larger projects we scale up with named partners. Subcontractors are involved only by name and with the client’s approval.

In which languages and where do we work?
In English, German and Hungarian — workshops, documentation and support alike. From our Budapest office and remotely; at the client for key milestones (discovery, go-live). We take on projects abroad, primarily from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland): nearshore Dynamics 365 implementation, development, test automation and support, in the same time zone, as an EU company with EUR invoicing. Frequently asked questions
Who will be my contact person?
The consultant who led the discovery and negotiated the proposal. They lead the implementation and are the first contact in support as well; a deputy is named in the contract.
Do you work with subcontractors?
Not by default. If a special task (a bespoke integration, for example) needs an external specialist, we name them in advance and involve them only with the client’s approval.
Do you come on site?
Yes, discovery, key-user training and go-live are typically on site; configuration and support are remote. For clients abroad, travel terms are fixed in the proposal.
How big is the team?
We are a team of senior experts, complemented by named partners on larger projects. This is deliberate: a client of 20–500 people does not need a five-layer project organisation but an available specialist who can take decisions.
In which language is the project run?
English, German or Hungarian — the client’s choice, also mixed (Hungarian key users with an English-speaking parent company, for example).
