Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, support and test automation — from Budapest, in English
We design, implement and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, protect business-critical processes with automated regression testing, and as a Microsoft and Google reseller supply the licences from one hand. For SMEs and mid-sized companies, in English and Hungarian — a nearshore partner in the EU, in the Central European time zone, for clients in Hungary and the DACH region.
How can we help?
Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights – Journeys implementation, migration, optimisation. What is CRM, what does it cost, how does it work?

Read more →Who do we work for?
Typically companies of 20–500 people, Hungarian or with an international parent, where sales, customer service or marketing has outgrown spreadsheets and email but there is no internal team to implement and run an enterprise CRM. Our references include financial, retail, manufacturing and municipal clients — see below.
We are not a general systems integrator: we focus on the customer-engagement side of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Dataverse, Power Platform).
We take on projects abroad, primarily from the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland): nearshore Dynamics 365 implementation, Power Platform development, test automation and support in German and English, in the same time zone, as an EU company with EUR invoicing. We have already done this successfully several times for the Hungarian subsidiaries of international groups — see Dynamics 365 nearshore partner in Hungary.
How does an engagement start?
- 1Discovery
A 1–2 hour session on your processes, existing systems and goals. Free of charge.
- 2Proposal
A written proposal: scope, schedule, fees, licence requirements — implementation and operations priced separately.
- 3Implementation
Iterative: 2–4 week sprints, each ending with working, tested functionality.
- 4Testing
Automated regression tests for the business-critical processes — before go-live and for every later release.
- 5Support
Operations, release updates and new feature development, billed as a monthly retainer, by the hour or from a prepaid hour bank.

Frequently asked questions
Business Central or Dynamics 365 CRM — what is the difference?
Both belong to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 family, but they do different jobs. Business Central is an ERP: accounting, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing. Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys) manages customer relationships: sales, service, marketing. The two can be connected; we are responsible for the CRM processes, and for Business Central we recommend DynaGo Hungary, with whom we share an office.
What size of companies do you work for?
Typically organisations of 20–500 users; the smallest Dynamics 365 Sales implementation starts at 5–10 users, our largest reference has several hundred users.
Do you only work with Dynamics 365?
On the CRM side, yes: Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Dataverse and Power Platform. Alongside that, test automation (which can test other systems too) and Microsoft/Google licensing. We do not implement Business Central ERP.
Do you work in English?
Yes: our documentation, workshops and support services are available in English — a proven practice with the Hungarian subsidiaries of international groups.
What does the first consultation cost?
It is free: we do not charge for the first 1–2 hour consultation and discovery. We only charge for work done under an accepted proposal.
Do you take over systems implemented by another partner?
Yes. We start with a takeover audit: configuration, customisations, integrations and data quality, followed by an operations proposal.
